Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication between office staff and field teams.
- Manage scheduling of electrical and solar installation projects, coordinating with technicians and clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain and update project documentation, invoices, and supplier records.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Order and track inventory for electrical and solar equipment, liaising with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support HR with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
- Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Implement office procedures and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge as an Office Manager in a technical, construction, or energy-related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to coordinate office and field teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of electrical and solar installation processes is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer service inquiries and scheduling.
- Understanding of financial management, invoicing, and supplier coordination.
